Yes, children over 6 years old are allowed. They must be accompanied by a guardian and must bring their own life jacket.

No smoking or any kind of drug use is permitted onboard.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. • Life jackets must be worn when instructed by the captain.

• Children (under 18) must remain supervised and

  have a USCG approved lifejacket on at all times.

• BYOB- Must be 21 years old to consume alcohol on the boat. Valid ID will be checked before consuming alcohol. No exceptions. Please drink responsibly and respect the crew and other passengers.

• No fighting, harassment or unsafe behavior, disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.

• Follow all captain and crew instructions immediately.

• Emergency Situations: Stay calm and follow the captain's instructions.

The captain has final authority on all safety decisions. The Captain may refuse or end service if a passenger creates a safety risk.
